We’ve been transforming the way Greater Hartford works out and sweats since opening our first studio, Bikram Yoga Downtown Hartford, in 2012. Since then, we have grown by leaps and bounds. Together with our community, we have created healthy lives, learned to love, smile, laugh, and have taken on strength and empowerment in a way that was never seen as possible before.
And there’s even more coming.
Our new studio, rooted in the fundamentals that you have come to know and trust, offers you more ways to sweat, stretch, tone and balance inside and out.
Our three fitness rooms:
The Trumbull Room: Bikram Yoga. Because some like it hot (and we always will). 90 minutes, 105 degrees, 40% humidity. Get hydrated.
The Gold Room: Where you can find the serenity of Gentle Zen, the challenge of Vinyasa & Power Yoga, the deep stretch of Yin, the grounding of Restorative Yoga and the flows of All Levels yoga practice.
The Arch Room: Our state-of-the-art barre studio where you will feel the burn as you balance, align and tone your entire body
During each and every class at Hartford Sweat, you will be lead through challenging asanas, dance moves, balancing sequences and eye-opening meditations that will leave you energized, excited, and feeling alive from head to toe.
