90 Minutes Can Change Your Life. Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga Postures and 2 Breathing Exercises done in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. You’ve heard us say “every class is a beginners’ class” and we mean it! Everyone is welcome to give it a try regardless of age, height, weight, physical limitations, injuries, etc. Whether you’re looking for a way to challenge your regular work-out routine, improve your golf swing, reduce your mental and physical stress, aches and pains (OR all of the above): we’ve got what you’re looking for! You’ll feel the benefits of Bikram Yoga even after one class.

HOT POWER 60 / 75
Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. Our Hot Power 60 / 75 minute class is designed to offer you the challenging yet mindful experience you expect on the mat. We focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing the body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. Sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous – our instructors aim to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire. Hot Power 60 / 75 will be in a heated room and encouraged for anyone who is looking to sweat with a smile!
All Levels 60
Come one. Come all. All Levels 60 is the ideal class for everyone, there is no experience necessary! Feel supported in an energetic practice that encourages you to expand your knowledge beyond the basics while focusing on proper alignment with precise cues and demonstrations. Instructors will offer modifications and variations throughout class, while sequencing will include specific movements to warm up the entire body for a satisfying practice. All Levels 60 will be in a moderately heated room and is accessible to those with a variety of practice levels.
Focus. Movement. Breath. This vigorous 90-minute class is designed in the traditional led Ashtanga setting to restore range of motion to joints, enhance the functions of internal organs and improve the digestive system. Led Ashtanga allows practitioners the ability to create internal heat by linking breath with movement (vinyasa) while steadying and cultivating the mind through meditative focus (drishti). Through consistent practice of the Ashtanga series, students deepen their mind-body connection and progress through the advancements of the posture (asana) sequence.
Led Ashtanga is best-suited for students with some vinyasa and yoga experience.
Gentle Zen 60 / 75
Slow down. Just breathe. Calm your mind and body with Gentle Zen 60 / 75. This class creates a space for you to slow down, stretch, open up and unwind with a flow of comforting postures. Anchored at the end by a grounding meditation designed to connect you with your thoughts, feelings and sensations, you can expect to leave feeling nourished and refreshed by your newfound mindfulness and clarity in this practice. Gentle Zen 60 / 75 is open to all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners; no experience necessary.
Be still. Enjoy. Yin 75 is the perfect class to help us press the internal restart button. Yin 75 compliments a strong practice, busy lifestyle and hectic world by allowing us to pause and be still within, while the natural mobility within our joints is restored with our bodies. This practice emphasizes stillness and equanimity while poses are held safely for three to five minutes at a time. Yin 75 will be in a neutral temperature room and is accessible to all levels of practice.
Refresh. Renew. Restore. Restorative 75 is a restful and quiet class that cultivates peace of mind for a healthy body. You will be guided through a supported practice with the use of blankets, bolsters and straps to ensure you’re comfortable, safe and relaxed during extended holds. This practice has healing effects which are ideal for yogis of all levels. Restorative 75 will be in a neutral temperature room.
POWER FLOW + RESTORATIVE GLOW. This class gives you the sweet combination of power and zen that your body craves. We start with a powerful vinyasa flow designed and sequenced for all levels of experience to warm the body, connect to our mats and fire up our muscles and joints. Feeling open, strong and aligned, we then move into a grounding Restorative Yoga practice that fully allows us to unwind, sink deeply into relaxation, and honor our minds, bodies and spirits. POWERestore is held in a moderately heated room.
EMPOWERED PRACTICE. Breathe+Flow is the ideal class for all levels of experience! Feel supported in an energetic practice that begins with grounding breath work and moves into vinyasa yoga sequencing that encourages you to expand your flow beyond the basics. We warm up the entire body for a safe practice that focuses on technique and proper alignment. You can expect your teachers to give you precise cues and demonstrations to empower you into an exciting yoga practice that you love. Breathe+Flow is held in a moderately-heated room.
RISE & SHINE. This juicy morning power practice is the perfect start to the day as you work on strengthening your body and mind through a challenging vinyasa sequence that focuses on breath work, alignment and core-building flows. This class starts slowly and mindfully to awaken our minds, bodies, organs, joints and systems; building harmonious energy for the day and moving us safely into the power practice of class.
