MARCH ’13 30 DAY CHALLENGE

JOIN THE BYDH MARCH 2013 30-DAY CHALLENGE!

GOAL:  6 DAYS OF YOGA EVERY WEEK FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH

ANYONE can sign up!  Even if you aren’t able to commit to 6 days a week, put yourself on the roster and create a new goal for yourself…even ONE more day every week will surely take you to a new place in your practice.

SIGN-UPs are at the BYDH lobby.  Challenge begins March 1st!  Everybody is a winner when it comes to your health 🙂
