Why are you a yoga teacher?
Yoga changed my life, and teaching gives me the opportunity to share this gift with others. There are so many different healing benefits to yoga….focus and clarity to name a few. It’s a great feeling helping others through their personal journey.

The Hartford Sweat community is fun, caring and supportive! It’s so great to be around so many talented people and to feel the energy of the studio right in the heart of the city!

My favorite yoga pose is pigeon, I love the intensity of the pose, it brings me back to balance
