Why do you practice?
I practice Barre because this practice sculpts long, lean, beautiful muscles. I also love working and moving to the sound of music. It carries us through class and keeps us motivated to work hard!
How Did My Barre practice begin?
My Barre practice evolved naturally from my love of movement and being a teacher of Pilates.
What can a student expect from your class?
Students can expect to have FUN, SHAKE and get SERIOUS results. I’m huge into teaching my students proper form, alignment and technique to work targeted muscle groups and to prevent injury.
Why are you a Barre teacher?
I am a Barre teacher because I love to share the gift of strength and movement with others.

What is your favorite Barre move and why?
The Pretzel!! Its super hard, extremely isolated and builds strength for the glute muscles quickly.
