A New England-based Ayurvedic practitioner, nutritionist, Yogini and mindful running/outdoor adventure guide, Sarajean Shakti Rudman, founder of Bala Strong Hot Vinyasa Yoga and of the RunYogiRun podcast, wants you to be well. She has over a decade of experience across many diverse fields in health and wellness to support you. Her varied perspectives come from both the Western approach as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Kickboxing Instructor, Barre instructor and more, and from the Eastern approach as a 500-hour ERYT, Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher and an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Add to that a B.S. in Health and Wellness and Sports Management, an M.S. in Integrative Health and Clinical Nutrition, as well as a post-baccalaureate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching and (completing this May of 2017) an M.A. in Health and Wellness Coaching.
