EARTH LOVE
Saturday April 22nd from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
$35 Admission

Join Caitlin for this specialty all-levels flow class centered around the celebration and importance of Earth Day – an annual holiday meant to raise awareness and support of environmental protection.

This class will begin with a soulful and grounding yoga flow designed to reconnect you to the pure, loving energy of Mother Earth. After we flow together, we will create intentions in “living the green life” and infuse our own personal essential oil spray to take home and remember this beautiful, connected experience.

This class will not only bring you in tune with this incredible home we call Earth, but it will also reconnect you to and remind you of your natural, truest self.

Join Nicole as she guides you through a Restorative Yoga class filled with gentle, supported postures designed to rejuvenate your nervous system and release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.

In traditional Restorative Yoga practice, we use supportive props (blankets, bolsters, straps & blocks) to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This workshop will use these tools along with pure medicinal plant and tree essential oil essences to carry us into deeper relaxation and to re-balance our bodies; bringing blissfully deep rest and relaxation to all.

David Ascenza from Gaian Rhythms will weave the restorative vibrations of singing bowls, bells and chimes into a blanket of relaxing energy. Through harmonious sound therapy, we experience a deep calming and relaxation that enables us to journey within and center ourselves during this beautiful, grounding workshop series.
