Join Nicole as she guides you through a Restorative Yoga class filled with gentle, supported postures designed to rejuvenate your nervous system and release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.
In traditional Restorative Yoga practice, we use supportive props (blankets, bolsters, straps & blocks) to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This workshop will use these tools along with pure medicinal plant and tree essential oil essences to carry us into deeper relaxation and to re-balance our bodies; bringing blissfully deep rest and relaxation to all.
David Ascenza from Gaian Rhythms will weave the restorative vibrations of singing bowls, bells and chimes into a blanket of relaxing energy. Through harmonious sound therapy, we experience a deep calming and relaxation that enables us to journey within and center ourselves during this beautiful, grounding workshop series.
$40 admission per class. Space is limited: Pre-registration Required.
Finding time for yoga can be tough as a mom. So why not practice WITH your little one? Babies are natural born yogis and can benefit from yoga just as much as us! Incorporating gentle stretches for your mini into your practice can improve digestion, sleep habits and emotional well-being. Plus, it’s a known fact that happy babies make happy mamas!
Join Julie Beliveau for one or both days of this 2-week series designed for new moms (or dads!) to get a full mind-body workout while developing your connection with baby. This series is designed for babies ages 6 weeks through pre-crawling. Music and gentle essential oils will be incorporated into class.
Julie became a new mom in September 2016. She is a certified yoga teacher, has a BA in Child & Family Development (Birth – 5 years old), 9 years of experience teaching preschool gymnastics and several years of experience working with children with special needs.
We look forward to seeing all the yoga babies on the mat this fall – space is limited so register early!
FLIP IT+Invert It
Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop
Saturday, September 30th 11:00 AM -12:30 PM
Come get upside down with Cailyn and discover the positive effects of an inversion practice! Whether you are going upside down for the first time or you have more experience and aim to hold inversions without support, this workshop is appropriate for you!!
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn the fundamentals of forearm balances and handstands. Class will include a short vinyasa (yoga flow) warm up to open the shoulders, hamstrings, and fire up the core.
No experience necessary, all levels of practice are welcome.
Join Nicole Lewis for our INTRO TO YOGA series! This is your opportunity to bring a yoga practice into your life for the first time OR to build upon foundations you’ve previously established; all while working in a safe and supported environment.
Come discover the fundamentals of alignment, breathing, movement and mindfulness in yoga postures as you lay the groundwork to move comfortably & confidently into our All Levels and Hot Power classes!
This interactive workshop series allows time for Q&A, practice, and development of your skills that you practice during the week between workshops while in classes or at home on your mat.
